By booking our Bali BBQ catering services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

1.  ⁠A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
2. ⁠Full payment must be made 1 hour before the event date. ⁠Payment can be made via :

   ⁠Debit Card or Credit Card via payment Link, Please note, there will be 3% charge for the transaction as admin fee.

⁠Cancellation Policy

• ⁠Cancellations made 2 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the event will result in the loss of the deposit.

Menu and Services

• Menu options are available base on options on website or on request and can be customized based on dietary preferences.
• Any changes to the menu must be made 2 days prior to the event.
• We provide all necessary equipment, including BBQ, utensils, serving dishes, Buffet Tabble and Staff, especially for Food package only.
• We provide BBQ Grill only for BBQ Grill rental.

⁠Setup and Cleanup

• ⁠Our team will arrive 1 hour before the event for setup.
• ⁠Cleanup will be included in our service; however, we request that guests help in clearing any large debris.

⁠Venue Requirements

• The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has the necessary permits for BBQ catering.
• Access to water and electricity is required for our service.

⁠Liability

• We are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.
• ⁠The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for guests.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Government Tax

Government Tax is included.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
